Support Worker

MediMatrix Recruitment is looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our growing team across the South West. You'll be providing hands-on care and support to people in their own homes and communities, helping with daily living, companionship, and the kind of support that lets people live independently and with dignity. No prior care experience is required, full induction training is provided. Responsibilities: - Supporting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship - Working as part of a supportive, well-managed local team - Delivering care in line with each person's individual support plan - Building trusted, respectful relationships with the people you support and their families Requirements: - A caring, patient, and reliable approach to supporting others - Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check - Right to work in the UK - Full driving licence and access to own vehicle strongly preferred (rural coverage areas) - No prior experience necessary Benefits: - Full paid induction training - Career progression opportunities - Flexible shift patterns - Supportive team environment
